Environmental health inequalities resource package: A tool for understanding and reducing inequalities in environmental risk

About this project

The resource package aims to generate awareness of the concept of environmental health inequalities and to support actions to tackle environmental risks at the local and national level.

The 'WHO (2019) Environmental health inequalities resource package: A tool for understanding and reducing inequalities in environmental risk' sets out the various dimensions of environmental health inequality, presents relevant methods for monitoring and assessment, and suggests ways to use this evidence for action. This should be useful to a wide range of actors including urban planners, environmental authorities, citizens, researchers and others.
