Silver Deluxe rooms are located in our new Student Village at the Leek Road site of our Stoke-on-Trent Campus.
Set between our Nature Reserve, and the Nursery and Forest School, the Student Village is an eight minute walk to the Leek Road site centre, and a 15 minute walk from College Road.
Our fresh, modern and exciting new Silver Deluxe accommodation is the ultimate home from home. These rooms are the first stage in our exciting new student village project.
You’ll get your own private ensuite bedroom – perfect for studying, relaxing or enjoying a lie-in. You'll have your own kitchenette with facilities, and access to a full shared kitchen with your fellow residents. Each room will have brand new fixtures and fittings, fresh new decor, and a modern new bathroom suite.

There are ongoing building works planned for the Student Village area. We want to ensure that students living in accommodation remain happy, healthy, and safe and so, we aim to give you full notice of works being undertaken on the new student village in academic year 25/26.

This is because the remodelling of the rooms continues through to the summer of 2026. In the unlikely event that the remodelling of Accommodation does not take place then you will still be allocated a room in alternative accommodation, but this will be a standard room at the standard weekly rate.
