Keeley Marshall

Co-Course Leader and Senior Lecturer in Interdisciplinary Design

Digital, Tech, Innovation & Business

Having studied my BA Ceramics and MA Ceramic Design at Staffordshire University I joined Wedgwood as a Junior designer and progressed to Design Manager for both Wedgwood and Royal Doulton during my tenure. In 2020 I established my Design Consultancy offering design services for homewares. I also design and make my own collections which I exhibit nationally.

With a passion for creating meaningful objects informed by changing consumer needs, I have extensive experience in setting creative design orientations leading to globally successful designs. Working with many companies and licensed design partners, I understand the value of brand creation, both as an individual designer maker or creative within a larger organisation. A key aspect being to establish and maintain the core essence of the brand in all visual aspects, from product design through to graphics, packaging and photography.
