Paying your deposit
As an international student, paying your deposit is an important step to secure your place on your chosen course at the University of Staffordshire. Here's everything you need to know to get started:
- Full-time, on-campus courses: Pay a deposit of £4,000 to confirm your place
- Sponsored students: No deposit is required. Please send your sponsorship letter to the International Admissions team.
- Distance learning: No deposit is required
We recommend paying your deposit as soon as possible, as places are limited, and admissions may close early.
How to pay your deposit
Use our trusted payment partners, Convera or Flywire to make your deposit securely. Your deposit shows your commitment to studying with us and is usually non-refundable. Full terms and conditions are outlined in our International Deposit Refund Policy.
Cash payments are not accepted, so please arrange payment before arriving in the UK.
If you need a Student visa, we won’t be able to begin processing your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) until after your deposit is received and cleared by our bank. Check your offer letter for full details of the Pre-CAS requirements and CAS issuance process.
