Student Village

Get ready to enjoy the perfect blend of nature and modern campus life.

You could be one of the first residents of our Student Village, opening in 2026. The sustainable, accessible and high-quality living and leisure spaces will be at the heart of our student community.

It will be a great way to make new friends, get involved in student activities and feel like you belong. You'll also be living alongside our nature reserve on the Stoke-on-Trent campus. A green oasis in the city.

It gets better too.

You'll find social spaces, wellbeing activities and support – at the centre of Student Village life. Our net-zero Hub will be open to all students, whether you live on campus or commute. It will be your place, with flexible spaces for events, comfy seating and a rooftop terrace to enjoy the views.

The Hub will also be a base for our ResLife accommodation team who will help you settle in and turn every day into an experience.

Follow our journey.

Here, you’ll find the latest project updates so you can follow us on the journey from construction to completion. It marks a £100 million investment in our students...
